Note the spare fuel tender. There is one set working as helpers on the Rocky Mountain Division and another set on the Coast Division. These sets are privately owned and contracted out to the Milwaukee Road after it was found to be too expensive to rebuild the catenary. The coast set is owned by Peter Kim.
